Click Update labels after completing any changes. Select Preview Results again for viewing, adding or removing merge fields. The look will be the same for the rest of the other labels. Click on Mailings > Insert Merge Field and choose the fields to display on your labels.Go to Mailings, Select Recipients, and then select an option.Go to File and click on Save to save your document. Note: If there’s no table, go to Table Layout and click View Gridlines.Your document is now displaying a table with an outline of the labels. Select OK to add the new label on the existing Product number list.
